As of 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs became History for Home sellers in England and Wales!

If you are selling your property, you must commission an EPC. An EPC tells you how energy efficient your property is and includes recommendations on ways to improve the property's energy efficiency.

You can start marketing your property before the EPC is ready, but it must be made available and added to all marketing material within 28 days. Mathesons can arrange for an EPC to be prepared on your behalf.
